[solved] CPU runs @ 1.29GHz on idle in macOS, runs @ 800MHz on idle in Ubuntu

Hi. Can someone check if my CPU PM is working properly? The CPU never runs below 1.29 GHz on idle under macOS and I noticed worse battery life than running Ubuntu. PR files and AppleIntelInfo.kext status attached.

Your ioreg shows CPU PM working.
x12 at idle is expected as per Apple X86PlatformPlugin design.

Read up on frequencyVectors, freqVectors.sh, and CPUFriend.kext.

I ran the freqVectors.sh script and now the CPU idles at 800 MHz which seems good. However, I can't understand the idea behind CPUFriend. Is it an alternative method from patching X86PlatformPlugin?
