Hello, everything is in the title, when I unplug a USB stick, my computer turns on. Maybe it is related to some bios option but I can't figure it out. Or maybe it's a faulty contact somewhere?

Thanks in advance for you help!

Maybe the PC isn't really shutting down; maybe it's really in Sleep or Hibernate.

Do this:
Shut down the PC.
Pull the AC cord.
Wait for the motherboard +5V LED to go out.
Gingerly pull the SATA connectors from your disk drive.
Insert your USB stick.
Reconnect the AC Cord.
Push in the Power On button. (The PC won't boot and you may have to give it a F1 key press to get it to bypass any "Changes" screen.
Depress the Power button for 8 seconds. That should power off the PC if it is set in the BIOS to do so.
Pull the USB stick.

Does it power up?

Hello kiiroaka, thanks your message, it made me think and I went into the power management section of the BIOS. There was a function named ERP. When disabled, it allows the computer to be turned on with the keyboard, for instance. I enabled it, pulling the USB stick doesn't turn the computer on anymore. Thanks!
