Hello there,
all of a sudden, my hackintosh started to run the clock loosing 15 minutes in almost 1 hour.. so you can imagine all the issues this can cause.

Looking on google i cannot find anything that pointed me to the correct solution.

have you ever had a similar issue? how to tackle it?

thanks in advance! :)

Anyone on this? i just noticed that when the system goes to sleep and then awake again the time is correct, then starts again running behind, loosing 15 minutes per hour.

The main culprit for slow time is a dead CMOS battery.
