[solved] My main installation seemed to be corrupt so opencore couldn't function. I did a complete reinstall with a new USB Stick and it worked like a charm. I'm now on Big Sure and everything works like before - including the Appstore
Note: I tried to boot with opencore a Portion on my main installation called "Mac OS Installed" and it seems that the upgrade from Catalina to Big Sur was broken. So opencore couldn't boot OS Portion.
Build: Asus Z390-F Gaming; i7 9700k, PowerColor Red Dragon Vega 56; Apple Wifi Card
I used a clover Build and installed Big Sur and expect the AppStore(no downloading or if downloaded no installation from apps) everything seems to work(iMessage, Sidecar, Facetime, iCloud, iGPU in headless mode etc).
Now I tried to convert my build to opencore(0.6.3) to solve the App Store problem and I can't get it boot. I installed opencore on a separate usb drive to test it first. When I try to boot my already existing Big Sur installation it loads the apple and then goes black and restarts. I tried to do a clean install with opencore on a separate drive and there it loads the Mac installer normally and hangs in the installation/copy process at 12min left.
Maybe I did something wrong with propertree? I checked yes:
Here is how it looks in Big Sur with clover and the Appstore (won't install):
