[SOLVED] Cannot do fresh install either Osx or windows..

My probook 4530s was working fine till now , but when I decided to do a fresh install with USB stick from the guide I made it keeps on restarting my laptop.and also cannot boot into existing el capitan that I installed neither I can install 10.6.8 cd with iboot and neither Windows 8, whatever I do its just keeps on restarting from the main HP screen page..

I know the process but its just keep on restarting after clover screen.i also tried fresh install but from the installer page its restarting and its going in boot loop..
