Hello guys, it's me again. Thanks to this post I was finally able to install El Capitan, and thanks to this other post:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/multi-booting/133940-mavericks-windows-8-same-drive-without-erasing-2.html
I was able to install it on a partition of my HDD, without erasing my windows 10 partition.
I created a larger EFI partition, and everything went fine.
The problem is: I can't boot clover from my HDD, I must use my USB drive that I used to install El Capitan.
When I reached El Capitan's desktop for the first time, I immediately installed Clover in my macintosh partition, but when I reboot my pc, my only boot option is Windows' Boot Manager.
What have I done wrong? Do I need to delete Windows' boot manager somehow?

There is important dual boot info in the guide, post #2.
