[solved] Black Screen on main display after hotpatch HP ProBook 4540s

I followed the following guides:

i managed to install clover and used config.plist in the Install_osx & kexts, and i was able to boot without install_osx USB

the i followed the hotpatch guide:

Then i got black screen after restart. I used install_osx to boot into hard drive and run:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

for two times per restart, still i got black screen. While i am on black screen i pluged HDMI then 2nd Monitor shows, but not 4540s.
what works:
-Battery Status
-Audio
-wifi
-Sleep and Wake
-macos detect HD4000 correctly

it looks like a GPU error. Please help...MacBookPro9,2 is my signature.

SSDT-IGPU-HIRES.aml is wrong for lowres 1366x768 display as indicated in your profile.

I assume you swapped to SSDT-IGPU.aml as per guide.
