Hi everyone,
I have an AUKEY PC-LM1 USB Camera connected to my Hackintosh, but it won't work with Mojave (it works fine with El Capitan, Sierra and High Sierra).
The webcam is recognized on System Information (and by the apps) but the output is a black screen.

Try the following:
  1. As you're using an external camera plug the webcam into a different computer. Plug it into another device to make sure it works. If you're having problems with it on several computers, the problem likely sources from the hardware.

  2. Check the device connection. Jiggling the cable or simply unplugging and plugging it back in can sometimes help.

  3. Check the USB port. Try plugging something else into the USB port the Webcam is currently using, to rule out a faulty or mis-mapped port.

Thanks you.
I’ve already tried with these methods, but it doesn’t work.
To fix them I have reinstalled macOS Mojave and now it works.

OK, that's one way of fixing an issue. Sometimes the best, as not remembering to remove obsolete fixes that didn't work can be an issue that is hard to solve.
