Hi,

I do have an issue with my new monitor ASUS ROG PG279Q & a new EVGA GTX 1070 TI Graphic card.
I am running 10.13.5
I succeed to install NVDIA Driver all went smoothly.
Everything is working fine, when I boot and at normal Mac usage.

The issue is coming at Wake-Up, I got the user-Name/Passwd screen, but unable to enter the password.
The mouse is working. It seems to be hanging. The only way to get out is to reset and reboot.

Any help will be very much appreciate, I most probably forgot something.

By the way with my previous graphic card I did not get this issue "MSI GTX 760"

Hi,

After some days and hours looking for a solution I finally fix all my issues

I used the following topic
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...er-on-high-sierra-black-screen-panics.234390/
to clean-up and do a clean install of NVDIA....

However after having installed this clean environment, my Ethernet connection was not working anymore

After some days and hours later I finally found this thread
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-high-sierra-nvidia-drivers-no-ethernet.252047/

Now all is working as expected, Graphic card and Ethernet.

I may have one other issue with Graphic card Fans, that's should be fixed by installing FAKESMC*

Hope this thread can help.

Chears
