CPU PM not working, probably due to missing or incorrectly installed X86PlatformPlugin.
Run the macOS installer to restore all Apple provided kexts to vanilla.

just install macOS over the top without wiping

Okay done. Installed OSX again over this existing one.
Attaching my files now.
Is everything alright now? Is CPU PM working?

Now CPU PM working... In ioreg, note that X86PlatformPlugin is loaded under CPU0.

Note: Setting config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/Generate/APLF and APSN to true is nonsense. Recommend removing such settings.

So the issue with shutdown is back again.
When i shutdown, it doesn't boot again, unless i connect the charger.
I'm attaching my files again. Yesterday, i deleted the IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext and the shutdown issue was no longer there, but then, the CPU PM was lost.
Kindly help.
Thanks!

config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/Generate/PluginType=true and SSDT-XCPM.aml conflict.
Do not use multiple methods to enable CPU PM... pick one and stick only to that one.

You should also try other SMBIOS (eg. perhaps MacBookPro13,1).

I didn't check anything else.

No luck.
In order to boot again, i need to plug in the adapter!
Kindly check if you see anything wrong.

Probably macOS PM is doing something your laptop doesn't like, or BIOS is not prepared for.
Do you have legacy boot/CSM enabled?

No other ideas... I guess you could run without plugin-type injection if you want.

it is exactly as you said, it shuts down fine as soon as i run without plugin-type injection!
Without Native Power Management, the laptop drains so fast!
I need to fix this. If anybody has any tips, ill really appreciate.
