[Solved] after bios setings change cannot access Bios ou install via USB

I have a ASUS Maximus VIII Hero and am trying to install Sierra.
Have 1TB SSD ready to install Sierra
Allready have windows intalled on a diferent SSD
Already prepared the USD pen to do it.
Entered the BIOS and did the alterations sugested on the buiding advice post.
Now i cannot access the bios anymore, cannot configure the USB to be the primary boot drive and cannot even initiate the installation process.
I cannot even start windows tha majority of times.
Please Help!!!

what are you trying to do? how? maybe even why?

Hi.
I am trying to intall sierra on a windows pc.
Already prepared the USB with sierra instalation.
I allready managed to enter the bios and made the USB the primary boot option.
Now i do not know how to install...the mac os

Yes but my problem is reaching the installer.
When i choose star Mac OS from USB i get a STOP sign and the sistem stops on that step.
I cannot reach the installation window
