[SOLVED] Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro not starting in OS X 10.11.6

My system is running fine after the update from 10.11.5 to 10.11.6 with the latest Nvidia web drivers (346.03.15f01), but when I'm starting Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, the splash screen appears until the part where the program is supposed to start with initializing the plugins. At this point, my Mac is doing a reboot immediately.
When I switch to the "OS X Default Graphics Driver", After Effects and Premiere Pro are working, but I have all these horrible lags and white stripes because my GTX 970 won't be used :/
Nvidia CUDA is not installed because Raytracing isn't supported for Maxwell GPU's on OS X anyways.

What I've tried yet:

• reinstalling After Effects and Premiere Pro
• reinstalling Nvidia Web Drivers
• updating Clover to the latest version
• restarting the system after every change/un- and installation i did

If more informations required, feel free to ask for them.
