[SOLVED!] 2700k--Z68X-UD3H, not running fast?

Pre-overclock was around 13500 or so, so it didn't add much.

The Win7 benchmark was 17,100!

I had this same issues... it was BIOS settings as well. You MUST set it as they recommend to get it running FAST.

My issue now is when i sleep it throttles the CPU after wake. Not sure why, but I just don't sleep my setup now.
