No. Just run the full installer on top of your existing install.

Here's the problem. This is why you could not download the Sonoma 14.1 upgrade because RestrictEvents.kext was not allowed to load on Sonoma. Remove the MinKernel and MaxKernel values and try again.

I have removed both Max & MinKernel, restart, still same problem

With this, it's not gnna clear boot-arg variables in nvram on boot. It would likely to have worked if you had reset nvram after following the suggestions by @P1LGRIM and @frontgear
