for some reason, everytime i click on software update i get this error

NSURLErrorDomain error -1100

anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Seems to be a server issue. It's affecting me (along with a bunch of others), and is not unique to Hacks.

me too, i'm also getting this error. haven't had this problem before.

The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1100.)

on the apple forums they are saying to check back in awhile or tomorrow. servers might be overloaded due to itunes 10.7.

I'm seeing the same thing; it's all over the Apple support forums as well. I initially assumed that it was a hackintosh related problem but now I think it's just a general server problem.

I was able to install iTunes 10.7 manually by the way, from the download page at itunes.apple.com.

I changed my DNS server in Network Preferences and flushed the DNS cache, and it resolved the issue.

The issue eventually resolved itself on its own for me.
