Hi guys!

I have this weird issue. My real MacBook already updated to 11.1 but my Hackintosh can't see update in Software update. Look how weird this looks. Any ideas?

Have you tried enabling all of those options? Did you ever attempt to write /System?

I can't select any of this. It stays greyed out. What mean mean by write /System?

Is your OpenCore 0.6.4 now? It added the quirk BlacklistAppleUpdate for fixing broken updating.

I'm on 0.6.3 . Ok then I will try to update 0.6.4 first.

I have the same issue with SMBIOS MacPro7,1 Opencore 0.6.4

Or have you tried resetting NVRAM?

Thank you. I did see that when 064 was released but had rushed to update OC and left it alone at that time. I have removed it now and I can see Big Sur 11.1 update in system Preferences. And yes, NVRAM needs to be reset after changing the config file and doing a reboot.

Also I re-read the 064 release notes and noticed they changed Bootprotect to none (they started setting it to none with the 064 release and left it up to the user to change after board setup). For my board it needs to be Bootstrap.
