Smbios settings Mac pro or iMac?

I am currently using clover configured settings for iMac 14,2.

This Mac pro appears to be very similar to my computer.

Would I still get oob for my Nvidia GTX 660 if I switched to this smbios, would I see a performance increase?

I have speedstep enabled in my dsdt, but hwmonitor never shows speeds over 1.2ghz and I read my wireless card worked oob flawlessly on a 2010 Mac pro (running Yosemite) and can't help but feel I can get better performance from this machine.

I know this smbios has a web driver available from Nvidia, pretty sure Sierra would run fine still.

I tried it and Sierra did not appreciate it and responded with rebooting around stage 2.

The only change made was to the smbios portion of my config.

It liked being told it is running on aav pro 6,1 a little better but still did a reboot.

Maybe changing this info requires a clean install?
