Slow WiFi/Ethernet Catalina

I've been having problems with slow network speed with booth wifi and ethernet. I've followed your guide and installed the kext files to the EFI drive. Here is a list of my parts
MacOS: 10.15.6
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial 64 GB (4 x 16 GB) DDR4-2133 CL15 Memory
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB NITRO+ Video Card
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link Archer T9E PCIe x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter

Hackintosh Ethernet Speed - 8Mbps/18.6Mbps
Hackintosh WiFi Speed - 12Mbps/11Mbps
Windows Ethernet Speed - 60Mbps/10Mbps
Windows WiFi Speed - 200Mbps/306Mbps

fast.com, speedtest.net, the speed test when you google speedtest, also when downloading the same file in windows vs mac it takes a lot longer to download in mac

Are you sure you need the SmallTreeIntel82576 kext? Do you get the same speeds in macOS from both ethernet ports?

I only have one ethernet port on my motherboard and I use IntelMausiEthernet and speeds are fine.

I removed small tree and it didnt fix my wifi or ethernet. I have IntelMausi.kext installed, I will try switching it to IntelMausiEthernet to see if that changes anything
