Slow USB 3.0 Speeds on GA-H97-D3H MacOS 10.9.3

I have a hackintosh on a GIGABYTE GA-H97-D3H motherboard with a Intel Core i7-4770 Haswell processor.

My motherboard USB ports work, but only at USB 2.0 speeds. The USB buses show up as "USB Hi-Speed Bus" and not SuperSpeed as expected.

I Installed the "USB 3.0 - Universal" ktext using Multibeast. Is there something special I have to do for the 9 series motherboard?

Not to use "USB 3.0 - Universal"

...seriously, I'm on z97 and mine didn't need it. Delete it and test your USB 3 again.

I removed GenericUSBXHCI.kext in /System/Library/Extensions/ and restarted... no difference.

You may need to go to BIOS and reset it to default, save and exit, reboot back to BIOS and uncheck VT-d, set SATA to AHCI.
If your using discreet GFX turn off onboard GFX.
Outside of over clocking my CPU and memory, this is how my board is setup. I just copied a 36gb ProRes file into Final Cut in around 7-8 minutes with no additional drivers from MB or hacking.
