Hello,

I've installed High Sierra (with apfs) successful but the overall performance is sluggish. For example, to close a Safari Tab, takes 1-2 seconds more. Youtube Videos in Safari and Chrome are stuttering. This was not the case with macOS Sierra 10.12.6. System Info does recognize my graphics card (Nvidia GT 7102 GB – normally natively supported) and the vram is correct at 2048 ram.

What I've tried so far without success:
• check if something is wrong with CPU (seems OK to me - 95% inactive while playing a video or closing tabs)
• check if something is wrong with RAM (seems OK - 8 GB RAM 2133Mhz)
• unchecked "inject Intel" in Clover Configurator - everything in graphics section is now unchecked
• installed the latest updates from apple (10.13.4 + security update)
• only using mouse and keyboard - peripherals disconnected
• checked if integrated GPU is disabled - it was already disabled

I have attached my current config.plist to this thread. (removed my serial number)

Not sure what causing this. Any Idea?

I know, bumping a thread that is not older than 24 Hours is forbidden. But I may have found a solution that is not really a solution I think.

If I disable Hardware Acceleration in Chrome and Safari everything is working as expected. Is the Hardware Acceleration disabled under macOS Sierra? Is this normal behaviour because my Graphics Card GT710 is struggling with Hardware Acceleration?
