Slow Finder

Im not sure why but im having very slow Finder file access
when ever i browse for a file location it may take from 1-10 seconds for a directory to list and update
I am running a OCZ Vertex 3 256GB SSD
OSX 10.8.2

Ran Disk Utility.. repaired permission and did a check.. all is fine

Download Black Magic Speed Test from the mac app store, and tell us what speeds you get.

I am getting over 200 MB/S read and write
max was 244 write and 290 read

Did you ever figure it out? There was no resolution to this but I am experiencing the exact same thing and dont use my mac ever because of it.
