Slow boot time with Dell DW1560 wifi card BCM94352Z

After updating to 14.4 boot time became 4 min, instead of the usual 30-40 seconds, I found if I removed the Airportbrcmfixup.kext boot time was normal of course I also lose Wifi, also OCLP 1.4.1 says there are no patches available, previously system worked fine with OCLP patched under 14.3.1
This is a laptop with 7th gen Intel processor.
I heard that OCLP 1.4.1 should work under 14.4, but it doesn't for me, I created a USB boot drive with createinstallmedia 14.4 and when I tried to boot it, the boot time was similar, around 4 minutes, but if I removed Airportbrcmfixup.kext boot time is normal.
Is anyone experiencing this and is there a workaround?

I just read miliuco post replacing the IOSkywalkFamily.kext with the newer version fixes the slow boot time and the OCLP can apply the patch now

I replaced IOSkywalkFamily.kext with the newer version, but still slower boot than it was on 14.3.1

The only thing I can think of to set the MinKernel, see attached
