I am having difficulties with getting sleep to work on my GA-P55A-UD3P using Tonymacx86's instructions:
http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2009/12/advanced-dsdt-fixes-enable-sleep-on-p55.html
Having followed the instructions in every detail, I always get KP when I remove NullCPUPowerManagement.
Could it be differences between the P55A and P55 hardware are the cause for this???
Please post your experiences with P55A & sleep.
Thanks!

You should try out my pre-edited DSDT for your mobo. Then you can search for differences with yours. Or just use it as is- just make sure you're on the latest bios.

I have been using the DSDT from your database. That's not it.

Yeah, somehow the P55A boards don't seem to like to go to sleep. I don't know why, my mate is having the same problem with his system...
No KP's on his system though, as I've removed nullcpupowermangement, but it just reboots when you try to make it go to sleep. It also won't shut down, as it powers off and then powers straight back on.
