Ok, so I tried about everything to fix my 4530's sleep problem but the problem persists:

when waking up again I see my desktop for 2 seconds and then OS X reboots itself.

I tried to set HibernationMode to 0 (and back to 3) but this results in the same behaviour.

Can anyone let me know how if there is a way to debug what is causing this?

Thanks!

i also have same issue  where to find BTFirmwareUploader.kext. ?

I also have the same problem.

Try removing BTFirmwareUploader.kext.
then my bluetooth will stop working? for which this kext is responsible?

just open terminal and type
Code:
sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions/BTFirmwareUploader.kext ~/Desktop/
this will move kext to your desktop

I also have this problem on my ProBook 4730s.

Try removing BTFirmwareUploader.kext.

Yes, that is solving the sleep issues but is breaking my webcam again :(

So I guess I need to make a decision here ;-)
