I finally got 10.6.8 on my system but I can't get the network cards to work! The system is not picking up the onboard one (Broadcom BCM57781) or the extra wireless one in the PCI slot (Dlink DWA-552). I have loaded like 10 different kexts over the last day trying to get the OS to pick one of these cards up... fuuu! I also tried using the EtherenetBuiltIn=Yes & arch=i386 commands at OS launch as well, but no PCI cards nor any Ethernet cards are detected in the my mac description. No adapters come up under Airport either.
These are some of the kexts that I have tried thus far to no avail (I used kext util to install them):
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. These are the PC specs:
mobo: Asrock x79 Extreme6
cpu: i7 3930k
ram: 32GB ddr3 1600
gpu: GTX 670 FTW
pci wireless card: Dlink DWA-552
