skylake and 10.11.5

I have a Acer At3-710
with 2 hardrives
8gb ram
i5 6400 2.7 6th gen
I have windows 10 on one drive and the other blank
I have made a mackintosh before but my motherboard went out it was a has well work real good
having trouble with the new computer getting it to load
i get the apple logo then i get a panic error

i been search to find a fix...this site has help me in the past with great help but can't find nothing
if anybody have ideals are a current way to install 10.11.5 on skyline please guide me thank you

You need the correct bios settings to get to the installer
