Silent built for mail, internet surfing, photo edit

Hey,
i want to build a new Hack which i would use for office purpose like mail, internet, some photo editing etc. An i5 2500k is the perfect CPU i think, because you have the ability to overclock
Here´s my list of the included parts:

As you can see, the mainboard is missing. I want to have a Mainboard where everything works (sleep, audio etc.) and that is very tiny (miniATX). But i don´t know a mainboard with which i can overclock, which has the miniATX format and works perfectly with Lion.
Please help me

hmm, i´m not sure about the dsdt etc. I would prefer a Gigabyte or Asus board that is supported by tonymacx86 DSDT

GA-H67N-SUB-B3? There's no Mini- ITX motherboard which is supported by tonymac's DSDT and has OC feature.
It would be better to go with a mATX sized motherboard like GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3.
