Test with this config. You have CsrActive 0x67, BooterConfig 0x28 missing from config.

Just out of curiosity, what do you think I may have missed in my installation that caused me to not have that line of code?

Editing the config incorrect or using Clover Configurator can break the Config.

I did use Clover Configurator. I think you found the culprit.

I don't like using Clover Configurator as it does weird things and adds entries what you actually don't want better to edit the config with Xcode.
