Sierra installed but cannot boot normally.

Help! I really would like to use my PC as a hackintosh too but it's just not booting without using safe mode. Clover is up to date, all BIOS settings are checked and correct, and the system does actually work when it's in safe mode except I can't install anything with MultiBeast but I assume that's just a limitation of safe mode.

All help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm guessing the only reason you're having to boot using safe mode is due to your RX460/graphics problem. Best to use your Intel HD530 to complete post install/MultiBeast and once you can boot your system read Post#1 here macOS Sierra PB: Need testers for new AMD Radeon drivers! and the tail end of the thread for RX4X0 graphics cards, they require a work around.
