I just successfully updated to Sierra, from El Capitan on my GA-Z77X build. I had problems with getting the installer to run, so I was running many times before figuring out the missing kexts in Clover/kexts/10.12 issue.

Now when Clover bootloader starts up, it is always showing the MacOS Sierra Install partition. I thought that should be removed by the installer on a successful install?

How can I remove it permanently from the Clover boot options? Why is it still there?

This is what my root drive looks like, with showAllFiles enabled.

Is the Clover Mac OS Installer partition in fact the folder named: "Mac Install Data" ? Is that the one that should be deleted? It is almost 5GB in size.

Yes, the macOS Install Data folder can be deleted safely, that is just a temporary staging area for installer files.
Normally it would be automatically cleaned up after installation.
