Set FB Name to Duckweed from config.plist

Set Ati Connectors Controller to 6000

Check AddDTGP_0001 and FixDisplay_0100

EDIT: Need update system caches.

sudo kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel
sudo kextcache -system-caches

If not work, upload VGA rom and config.plist.

Your patch is wrong, only 3 connectors, missing last one for DVI, patch is too long need use PlistEdit Pro.app, try it.

May be, there are so many framebuffer names, I do not have HD6870 on hand, do not know which FB name match, you may need to test it one by one.
