Sierra 10.12.5 - Slower than previous MacOS

I used to have a mackintosh el-capitan which was amayzing thanks to this form ...
So I updated it to Sierra
there was a few issues but the forms help me a lot
but ....
most of the software I used to use don't seem stable ( aperture / final cut / iMoves)
they are lagging with file access and renedering and it always freezes and turns off
Even chrome when I open gmail 100% of the time just restarts chrome
I think something is wrong with the settings I used for Clover configurator but I can't really find the perfect settings
Current system is
i7-4790K
16 Giga Rams
GTX 970

I busted defined a few more issues
its more of shuttering during use of FXP 10.3.4
