Shutdown problem in ASUS P7P55D-LE

Hi! I have install SL 10.6.5 but I have a problem. I can´t shutdown my computer because it gets in a infinitive loops. I can log out, restart etc but not shutdown. I know that perhaps is not something very important but I would like to solve it.

If you're not using a DSDT, then yes. Don't forget to repair disk permissions afterward.

But I am using my DSDT... Could I use too?
