nope, as you have PluginType=True already :)
work!
also done some research for you in regards to shutdown

maybe this may help by adding to your dsdt:
(Not A Patch,Add it under _PTS )
Code:
If (LEqual (0x05, Arg0))
        {
            If (CondRefOf (\_SB.PCI0.XHC.PMEE))
            {
                Store (Zero, \_SB.PCI0.XHC.PMEE)
            }
        }

or another way is to save this as .aml and place in acpi/patched folder instead

nope! both dint work!
attaching the latest debug files

nope! both dint work!
attaching the latest debug files
try the hotpatch file again:
(compile as .aml)

also add this to config.plist under Patches :
Code:
<dict>
                    <key>Comment</key>
                    <string>change Method(_PTS,1,N) to ZPTS, pair with SSDT-PTSWAK.aml</string>
                    <key>Find</key>
                    <data>X1BUUwE=</data>
                    <key>Replace</key>
                    <data>WlBUUwE=</data>
                </dict>
                <dict>
                    <key>Comment</key>
                    <string>change Method(_PTS,1,S) to ZPTS, pair with SSDT-PTSWAK.aml</string>
                    <key>Find</key>
                    <data>X1BUUwk=</data>
                    <key>Replace</key>
                    <data>WlBUUwk=</data>
                </dict>
                <dict>
                    <key>Comment</key>
                    <string>change Method(_WAK,1,N) to ZWAK, pair with SSDT-PTSWAK.aml</string>
                    <key>Find</key>

                    <data>WldBSwk=</data>

Not sure what does that mean!

Also my laptop Y700(comes under ideapad) but definitely not laptop ideapad 700

also, another idea is to boot verbose mode and then shutdown the machine, you may see some kind of indication of when it hangs and may have an idea of what is causing it to not shut down

this is why hardware profile's are important,

your motherboard should list your make and model of your laptop, like mine does:
<----

I have tried that, but it is shutting down the system, display usb but the lights still remain on and i can hear the fan running! if you have checked the video recording that i attached earlier you will understand that!

my motherboard is Allsparks 5A, what more information is required?

boot verbose (-v in boot arguments in config.plis)

then shutdown machine, you should see lots of text on the screen

hardware profile, you can see straightaway that my laptop is Asus N752VX, but i have no idea what make and model your laptop is, please amend this

Yeah! I get it! but we are in Lenovo Y700 thread so I thought you understood the configuration!

Here is the screenshot, sorry its little blurry, but still in readable form!
