Shut Down - Sleep Problems - Multi User

Just wanted to share, I had problems with shutdown and sleep after upgrading to ML10.8.5. Could not find the problem and it was driving me nuts, until I logged into the second user of my Hac. This solved the problem.

I presume that with multi users every user must be activated on the upgrade? Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with sleep (fix by correct kext in multi-beast), but the shutdown problem took a while to figure out. My MOBO is the GA-Z77X-UP4 TH, I fixed the shutdown problem with disabling "60/40 Emulator" in the BIOS. I hope that helps.
