Shrink Mac partition size to expand Ubuntu partition?

Hi everyone, I think I have an unusual question. I installed 3 OS's, and here is the disk layout:

As you can see, Ubuntu has a very small partition. Is it possible to resize the Window partition or the Mac partition (where the red arrow is), and make the Ubuntu partition larger?

Not in the way you are showing. The Ubuntu partition cannot be extended to include anything "in front of" its starting point in the drive record. You can clone the partition to another drive, delete the partition, extend the Mac OS partition to include the Ubuntu partition, reboot to make the changes take effect, then you shrink the Mac OS partition to make room for a new larger Ubuntu partition and clone Ubuntu back to the new partition. Not worth the effort IMHO.
