should I enabled trim enabler on Vertex 4 ??

I use vertex4 and I heard that Vertex4 have a Garbage Collection and it act like Trim Enabler so we shouldn't use trim enabler because they've same duty

but my hac was slow Read/Write data on disk speed test

maybe should I enabled trim enabler ?

If the ssd supports trim, I recommend you enable it.

My friend told me that if Trim Enabler work together with Garbage Collection it will reduce performance of SSD is it true???
