"Is it possible to move my present lion retail version to new one or i have to buy new one for my new pc thanks" ?

Use SuperDuper, backup your current hack to a new HD. Install HD to new hardware.

Depending on HW installed on new computer, you may need to remove/add kexts on the new HD.
