Service exited with abnormal code: 255 error & WSOD

Hi all,

Have read multiple guides and topics, but I can't seem to get passed the "com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.ntp.sntp.117) <Warning>: Service exited with abnormal code: 255" error when trying to upgrade Yosemite to El Capitan.

Things I have tried thus far:

• Turned Virtualization off
• Disconnected 770GTX and use IGP
• Altered boot parameters with nv_disable = 1 -v -x -f -rootless=0
• Disconnected everything (except keyboard, mouse and monitor)
• Complete reset of the /EFI/CLOVER/config.plist
• Added the necessary RtVariables to turn off SIP, as described in the upgrade-post

My specs:

• ASUS Z87-A
• Intel i5 4670 CPU
• 4x4GB DDR3
• MSI 770GTX 2GB
• Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
• Raid0 2x Samsung 2TB (set up in Yosemite)

What am i overseeing?

Please also put the specs in the area on the left and/or your signature, so they're there on every post.

You should look at the suggestions for that error in the big list of solutions.

If none of that works for you, I documented my procedure of upgrading an H87 machine here, so you can see if following that more closely helps.
