This last update, Security Update 2019-001 10.14.6 , managed to break my MacOs. It got stuck at the 3rd install for quite a bit, then after restarting it, it won't load anymore. It only loads in Safe mode.
My guess is that it's something to do with the APFS container being corrupted, due to the error messages. Although not sure, I don't remember having converted the Boot drive from HSF+, is it possible it was done by this update?

So far I tried the first aid in Clover USB Install Disk with no luck. Any other ideas? I would prefer avoiding having to reinstall everything all over again, so if anyone knows of a way to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently trying to backup the OS drive, then format it then clone it back.

I'm also puzzled by this message: "The volume MacOS was formatted by hfs_convert (some number here) and last modified by apfs_kext (same number here) "

[Edit] Did a repeat of the update using the downloaded dmg patch. Stuck at the same page, as seen in the photo. I have the latest Lilu and Whatever green, for what it's worth.
The config is a Z390i with a 760GTX video card, all working perfect, until now unfortunately.

[Edit 2] I'm trying to understand why it's loading in Safe Mode. A few things I took note of: In one of the new photos you will see a "check Snapshot 1 of 2". This used to be "Snapshot 1 of 1" before the second attempt to install the Security Update. So it seems to be doing something, but not completing it for some reason.
Also, as it can be seen in the newer photo vs the first one, I'm still seeing the error related to apfs_keybag_get, but this time (in safe mode) it's not stuck on it, so I'm not sure if there is a way to bypass it when loading in regular mode, lets say.

Managed to fix it, with the obvious solution, Time Travel. I think I'll hold of on the updates for now ...

Time Travel?
Apple's Time Machine, as it did an automatic backup just before the update. I never opened it before, so this was a pleasant surprise.
