is it safe to install it?
what about the nvidia drivers(i'm on latest 346.03.15f06)?
has some1 already installed it?

It is a Security Update, your question might also be "is it safe not to install it?".
Most updates change the build number so it will probably break the web drivers.
macvidcards.com is a great source for matching web drivers with build numbers and has links to download too.
This site also has links to the web drivers in the Downloads section.
