Well, you should be nervous. I installed the update today on my Mac Pro 2,1 and since, he's in a reboot loop. He boots up and I can work for 2-3 minutes, then bam, reboot. Plus, the Nvidia drivers don't work, but I could possibly fix this, if only the machine would stay on. Can boot alright into Lion, though. That's where I am right now.Has anyone tried the "Security Update 2016-003 Supplemental Update 10.11.6"? It says it fixes something in the kernel, which makes me nervous.
Hi i've never tested my audio because i use a firewire audio card M-AUDIO FW410hey yanisalbert,
may i ask a little off topic question about your audio configuration? I see you also got the VIA chip set in your GA-Z77X-UD3H. How did you solve audio then? The new methods all refer to the Realtek ALC chips.

After updating my Hackintosh El Capitan to this secure update on Jan 19, Nvidia Web Driver was disabled because updated OSX was not compatible with 346.03.15.f05. A few minutes ago, Nvidia released 346.03.15f06. After installing new driver, display is now ok.
