Hello
First my set-up :

1. Gigabyte GA-H87M-HD3
2. Intel i5 4590 Haswell
3. 16GB DDR3 1600MHZ (2X8)
4. On Board Graphics Intel HD
5. On Board Audio
6. 2 X 128GB SSD
7. 1000Gb WD HDD + 500Gb WD HDD

After i installed Yosemite i have 2 major problems :
I was able to install Yosemite on my SSD as described in the manual : UniBeast: Install OS X Yosemite on Any Supported Intel-based PC.

1. Still when i boot into Yosemite in the boot apple logo after 3 sec i get the "Snow" screen like in the photo and only when i press on my Input button on my monitor and run true all the inputs until i'm back to the HDMI and than i see my login screen

2. The next problem is the problem i see after i log in into the OS . i get the message saying "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer" aldo the system keeps running after i press the ignore button

also i forget to mention that in the end of the OS installation in the last "setting your mac" it stops and after a reset I got into the log in screen.

i have a network connection and still haven't test my audio but everything is functional.

3. I still didn't understood how to make a Fusion drive after the installation . i have another 1 Tera HDD installed on the system along side the 128 Gb SSD. i hope that someone can help also with this.

many many thanks for all your help

also here is a screen shout of my system graphics :

Some updates :
I format all my HDD and the other SSD in Disk utility and it seems fix the problem with the "disk you inserted was not readable by this computer"

here is my Hard drive Map :
