Screen flickering and no colors after Energy Saver Turn display off

When the MacOS (10.13.1) "Energy Saver" turns off the display and I turn it back, the screen lose its colors and loses its visualization right corner.

Have tried to solve the problem with the instructions from the guides (possibly related) below but still no luck.

For those like me with an Acer Aspire ES1-572-3562:

Thanks RehabMan for guiding in the direction of "EDID patching in display override".

The rafigh89´s post (below) has corrected the issue mentioned in this thread.

Note: I also noticed that if I click on the Apple/Sleep menu the screen goes black and after a few moments it returns the normal screen (but now without the issue mentioned in this thread). That is, it seems that Sleep does not really work, but that's not a problem to me.
