SAS/SATA port not working on GA-X79s UP5
Hi,
Here my specs:
OSX 10.8.4
MOBO: GA - X79sUP5
CPU: i7 3930K @ 4.2 ghz
Cooler: Thermalright Macho Rev; A BW
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 2 GB
RAM: 32 GB ( 8x4)
SSd: 120 GB
Hi,
My problem is that I wanted this MOBO cause I needed A 5 TB RAID 0, plus many many HDs.
I choose this Mobo cause Many people ( Dingleberry and others) Where saying Fully functional.
Now all the HD connected to the SAS ports are not working.
I don't understand why this wasn't mentioned on the Buyer Guide.
This is a Major Major issue.
I never thought a SATA port problem could even exist.
Does anybody has a solution?
I really need these ports otherwise I'm in big trouble cause I made a wrong, expensive guy.
Please help me.
Thank you
