I was able to use sm951 with Unibeast in 10.10.4 with no issues.
super read speeds of 2GB/s, and write of 1.5GB/s

Thanks are you able to boot from sm951? I see you use x99 mine is x79 and hoping I can use my x79 instead of upgrading but will if I can boot from sm951. I have sm951 showing up and usable post boot and currently have it running windows 10 running via parallels.
