Samsung Evo 970 Plus - Win installation

Hi,

yeah i know that the evo plus isnt working.
but i got a cheap one so i decided to use it for a linux dist. (exFAT filesystem)
Now it still crashes because of the NVMe error - but i red that it doesnt ineterfere with a windows installation.

possible solutions for me would be: Install Windows, use it with external adapter, resell,...
Will this error occur as long as its on the mainboard?
will it stop to occur if its NTFS formatted?
can i disable it for mac only?

Samsung has released a firmware update ( https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/tools/ ), so at least for my build, the Samsung Evo 970 Plus now works under Mojave 10.14.5 as well. Under Windows you could try the Samsung NVMe driver.
