Samsung Ativ Book 6 - wake not working

System seems to be going to sleep just fine, after ~15s the power led start to blink slowly and there's no other noise, fans are completely disabled. When I try to wake it up, after pressing the power button I can hear the fans starting, the power led stop blinking and stay active. If I press the power button one more time, there's no change, system still "hanged". Only way out of this is holding power button to force shutdown.
Note: Using Yosemite I always had to press power button twice to wake from sleep (no big deal), seems to be a normal behaviour on OSX with this laptop.

system.log when going to sleep (You can see that after "System Sleep" there's nothing else, just the boot after I force shutdown and turn on again):

Try to connect via remote desktop (screen sharing) post-sleep from another computer on the network.
The way you describe it working on Yosemite is not normal/not correct.
Perhaps you should go back to Yosemite and use ACPIDebug (debug _PTS,_WAK methods) to see if you can fix the problem there.
Also, could be SSD specific problem (try different SSD or HDD).

Didn't work. Enabled and tested ssh too, same results.

Like I posted before, I can get the sleep and wake working if I only rename EHCx->EH0x in DSDT, without FakePCIID_XHCIMux, FakePCIID and USBInjectAll. But there's one USB port that won't work.

Installed ACPIDebug.kext and debug+_wak&_pts on DSDT. Here's my system.log when going to sleep and waking (pressed power button twice, the first time it only turn on the power and wifi led).

I used Yosemite on a 1tb 5400rpm that came with this laptop and afterwards the current SSD. Had the same weird behaviour with both of them.

Probably XSEL or ESEL is doing something you don't want it to do.
You should patch both so they do nothing.

Patched both, didn't work. I also discovered that some internal USB ports aren't working when using only renamed EHCx->EH0x in DSDT, like webcam.

Probably there's something a little more complex on ACPI to get sleep/wake correctly working with this laptop and I don't have the knowledge and skills required yet. I'll take a break for a while and leave it without sleep/wake working.

And I think I'll leave the methods as EHCx, since this way all visible and internal USB ports are working. Are there any know issues leaving them as EHCx? Or should I install again FakePCIID_XHCIMux, FakePCIID, USBInjectAll and the custom SSDT for ports injection? Both methods seem to work fine.

I really appreciate your approach to the users problems, not giving the direct answer, but always guiding them to the correct path, so they can learn by themselves. Make sure all ports are included in your custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext.
