I've read that the Samsung 850 EVO series has generated a few headaches in Linux because it claims to support NCQ trim but it doesn't, and Linux had to blacklist it so that it works without risk of corruption.
But I see that this is a recommended SSD at the buyer's guide, so... Are these drives fully functional with TRIM on OSX? Are there reports from OSX users claiming disk corruption after enabling TRIM on a 850 EVO?
