Safari Graphics problems

Hello i have a bizarre problem,i connected 2 monitors 1 in DisplayPort and another whit dvi.When i playing video on safari (dailymotion)the screen flickering and go a black this is example

The problem is same on Sierra 10.12.4-10.12.5-10.12.6 ,now im in 10.12.6 ,I attach ioreg files and clover.....

When I connect only one monitor on DisplayPort I don't have this problem.....
